Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Homer and I’m a hound mix. I am a little older, but I still have a lot of energy and love to run and play. I have a very sweet personality and I love people.
I was brought to Hernando County Animal Services back on October 4th. I was found near Citrus Way just north of Parsons in Brooksville. Many potential adopters have walked pass my kennel but no one seems to be interested in ole’ fella like me. Even on the last special “Dollar Day” no one cared about me to even visit.
Well anyways, as I said I am still here at Hernando County Animal Services and I don’t know why I just want to go home with someone who will love me, play with me- sure I may not be able to run as fast as a young pup but I will try my best, snuggle with me and feed me treats. I just need someone to care for me and give me a second chance at a forever home this time where I can be spoiled, feel protection, and just live out my many more years.
Hernando County Animal Services is having a special called “Jailbreak of Cats and Dogs” that have black or orange on their fur for only $10 and I hope this time I will be breaking out. Please come and visit me and I hope whoever is reading this will adopt me and give me a second chance at life and a place to call home.
