Newspapers on microfilm
: Microfilm of local newspapers from the 1920's to the 1990's are stored at the West branch and are available for checkout (the library currently has a viewer but printing is not available). Obituary indexes for those newspapers, as well as city directories from 1959 to the 1990's are available at the Train Depot Museum, at 70 Russell Street in downtown Brooksville. Call 352-799-4766 or 799-0129. Paper copies of the Hernando Today from 1986-2014 are available at the Main library.
